Rebecca has been Chair of AEnvCoW since 2020. She oversees the delivery of the strategy, day to day running of the organisation and its governance.

Rebecca started her career at SEPA after she completed an MSc in Water and Environmental Management and she is a Chartered Member of CIWEM. She has worked in post consent environmental sector for 18 years. Rebecca joined the Delivery Team at SSEN Transmission in 2024, after working on major infrastructure projects at Fairhurst since 2018, where she led the Water Environment Team. Her experience of both pre, and post, planning matters relate to environmental management of all major development projects, including transportation, renewable and housing developments.

After working as an EnvCoW for several years on construction sites in her formative years, her main area of interest is preparing Employer’s Requirements, to define, translate, and deliver project environmental commitments. Rebecca also has a Foundation in Environmental Clerks of Works (EnvCoW) and sits on the Linear Infrastructure Environmental Management Group.
